Televis (“Televis”, “we”, “us”) is a media player application. Televis does not host, provide, or distribute any TV channels, movies, series, or other media content. You add your own playlist from a provider.

 

1) What we collect

 

We collect and process limited data to operate the app and provide support.

 

Device and app data

  • Device identifiers and technical data (may include MAC address where available, an app generated device ID, device model, OS version, app version, language, region).
  • App events (for example: screens opened, feature usage, playlist refresh events, error events).

 

Playback and performance data

  • Playback diagnostics (for example: start time, buffering events, playback errors, stream type, codec or container details when provided by the source).

 

Playlists and content source data

  • Playlist information you provide (Playlist URL, or Xtream server URL, username, password, and related configuration).
  • Playlist metadata returned by your provider (for example: titles, posters, categories). This is processed to display your library.

 

Support communications

  • Information you send to support@televis.app (for example: issue description, screenshots, device details you choose to share).

 

2) Why we use this data

 

We use data to:

  • Connect your device and load your playlists.
  • Provide features you request (favorites, sorting, subtitle settings, parental controls).
  • Improve performance and reliability.
  • Prevent abuse of activation, restore, and payments.
  • Provide customer support.

 

3) Payments

 

Payments are completed on the web at televis.app. We may use a third party payment processor (for example, Stripe) to process payments.

  • Payment details (such as card details) are processed by the payment processor and are not stored by Televis.
  • We may receive limited payment related data needed to activate Premium (for example: transaction status, plan type, renewal date if applicable, and a payment reference ID).

 

4) Crash reporting and analytics

 

At this time, Televis does not use crash reporting tools.

 

5) Sharing of data

 

We do not sell your personal data.

 

We may share limited data with:

  • Service providers that help us operate the app (hosting and infrastructure).
  • Payment processors for transactions on the web (for example, Stripe).
  • Authorities if required by law.

 

6) Data retention

 

We keep data only as long as necessary:

  • Device, entitlement, and playlist configuration data: while you use Televis, and for a reasonable period to support restore and support requests.
  • Logs and diagnostics: retained for a limited period, then deleted or aggregated.

 

7) Security

 

We take reasonable measures to protect data. No system is 100% secure. You are responsible for keeping your playlist credentials and recovery key private.

 

8) Your choices and rights

 

Depending on your location, you may request access, correction, or deletion of your data. To make a request, contact support@televis.app.

 

You can remove playlists or unlink your device using the app and web tools. If you reinstall the app, you may need your recovery key to restore your setup.

 

9) International transfers

 

Our service providers may process data in other countries. We take steps designed to ensure appropriate safeguards where required.

 

10) Changes to this policy

 

We may update this Privacy Policy. If changes are material, we will update the effective date and may provide additional notice.
